These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and RankOmatic for use of the RankOmatic platform and website.

RankOmatic provides a software-as-a-service platform for planning, generating, and publishing SEO content. Access is delivered online and may evolve as new capabilities are released.
We may update features, interfaces, and integrations over time to improve reliability, security, or usability. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email when they significantly impact how you use the service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify RankOmatic immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Do not misuse the platform. Prohibited actions include attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting service availability, reverse engineering the codebase, or using the platform to publish unlawful or harmful content.
Paid plans renew automatically at the cadence presented during checkout unless canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the billing area in the application.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.
You retain ownership of the content you import or generate with RankOmatic. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
All RankOmatic trademarks, branding, and platform assets remain the exclusive property of RankOmatic and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect account data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security; use strong passwords and enable additional protections when available.
Data handling practices are further detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using RankOmatic, you acknowledge that processing is required to operate and improve the service.
You may stop using RankOmatic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, payment is overdue, or the platform is misused. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.
Sections covering intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute resolution will survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
